Our prompt this week is Paired Opposites. You have likely heard them a lot but maybe not given it much thought. For example: “There are no bad lines. There are only bad actors.”
Use a paired opposite to start a topic for your poem or use one or more of them in any other way that you’re inspired to. Here are a few setups to get you started.
“There is no…” “There is…”
“I don’t believe…” I believe…”
“I have never seen…” “But I have often seen…”
